After meeting in 2014 Inna and Lori had no idea what a beautiful future was ahead of them. Both
working in the aesthetic field they found themselves treating clients at the same spa. From co-workers
to friends, they shared their dreams for the future but never thought they would come true.

In 2017 they set out to create something special and IN•GLO Face and Body Sculpting Med Spa was born. Taking the IN from Inna and the
LO from Lori they opened their doors to provide a place for all women to find their GLO.

The journey from nursing to esthetics has been a transformative odyssey, a narrative of self-discovery and passion unfolding. As a nurse, I was intimately acquainted with the healing power of touch and the profound impact of caring for others. It was in this realm of compassion that I stumbled upon the enchanting world of esthetics.

The transition wasn’t just a change in profession; it was an awakening to a newfound purpose. It was a realization that beauty, too, holds healing potential. My initial entry into the esthetics field was driven by a seemingly selfish desire—longing for hair-free days and the grace of aging. Little did I know that this personal quest would unravel a deeper passion for empowering others to embrace their unique beauty.

Esthetics became the canvas where I could blend the precision of medical understanding from my nursing background with the artistry of beauty. It wasn’t merely about offering skincare treatments; it was about fostering confidence and celebrating the beauty inherent in each individual. I’m an esthetician whose journey in the world of beauty and skincare has been guided by a lifelong passion for enhancing natural radiance. Born and raised in Ukraine, I discovered my fascination with the art of skincare at a young age, setting the foundation for a career dedicated to bringing out the inherent beauty in others.

Driven by a relentless curiosity and a commitment to mastering my craft, I pursued formal education in esthetics, delving into the intricate world of skincare and beauty techniques. My journey led me to explore innovative methods and technologies, seeking the perfect balance between timeless traditions and cutting-edge advancements.

My commitment to helping others look and feel their best is driven by a deep understanding of the transformative power of skincare rituals. With a keen eye for detail and a gentle touch, I am a trusted guide on the quest for radiant and healthy skin.

MED SPA POLICIES

Pre Laser Care

NO antibiotics, NO sun exposure (including sun beds and spray tans), NO waxing or tweezing 4 to 6 weeks pre-laser treatment. All areas being treated MUST be shaved the morning of the appointment.

Medical History and Conditions

Before your service, please tell us about any medical conditions, including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, sun exposure, disabilities, or illnesses. Talking with your technician will help customize your service to ensure your maximum safety and benefit. Please note that we are not wheelchair accessible.

Punctuality

We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services at IN•GLO, your appointment is scheduled with a technician whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:You may opt to shorten your treatment Or You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a cancellation charge may be incurred.

Scheduling

We recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving the spa. The same areas from our membership packages cannot be treated more than once every 6 weeks. A reservation fee of $50 for clients who have not brought prepaid packages is required.

Cancellation

We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will be emailed to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from a current package..

Tipping

Tax and gratuities are not included in your total amount. It is common practice to tip 15% – 20% of the original service price. Please feel free to extend a gratuity as a result of your spa experience; they are greatly appreciated. Gratuities are accepted in the form of cash, credit card or Venmo.

Refunds

Products and services are not refundable. All services purchased will expire two years after the first session is redeemed (as an exception in case of long-term traveling, pregnancy or other health related circumstances they can be extended). Gift cards expire 5 years after purchase.

Teens

Clients under 18 years old must have parents or guardians present to sign waiver form.
